In order to preserve the historical and local history heritage, record, preserve the material and spiritual culture of the district, develop folk art and moral education of young people, by the decision of April 9, 2001, the mayor of Bukhar - Zhyrau district opened the district literary and Local History Museum at the CCS of the Department of culture and language development of Bukhar-zhyrau, and the collection was carried out.
